If you’ve worked in parts before — great. If not, but you’re mechanically minded, good with people, and ready to learn, we’ll teach you. What matters most is reliability, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when it counts.
What the role involves:
You’ll be a key player in the parts department — helping identify, order, and supply parts for everything from tractors to loaders, working with trusted brands like Case IH, JCB, Exide, Ryco, Sparex and more.
You’ll be someone who:
Communicates clearly and professionally — in person and over the phone
Has a basic understanding of parts or machinery (or is keen to learn)
Keeps their cool when things get busy (think seeding and harvest)
Is organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a strong team
What your day might look like:
Helping customers or workshop staff get the parts they need
Taking and placing orders, receiving and organising stock
Using computer systems to track inventory and process sales
Getting stuck in during peak periods and backing your teammates
Working in a down-to-earth, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
