About the Role
As an Apprentice Spare Parts Interpreter, you'll learn how to:
Identify and source genuine and aftermarket spare parts and accessories for high-end European vehicles
Assist technicians with timely parts delivery to ensure efficient workshop operations
Maintain accurate inventory records using specialized parts management software
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding part availability and compatibility
Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, parts catalogues, and technical schematics
Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face
Stock control and storage management processes
This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you'll gain and formal training through a registered training organization.
What We’re Looking For
A genuine interest in automotive parts and prestige European vehicles
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer literacy
Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance environment
Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent); driver’s license preferred but not essential
Strong customer service skills
Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship
Professional presentation always
Honesty and integrity in your work
