Job Description
Duties:
Include any and/or all of the following:
• Generate sales by determining the customer’s parts requirements and expectations by recommending specific solutions.
• Educate customers on parts offering, terminology, features and benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform data entry at a minimum of 50 WPM without sacrificing accuracy
• Present a professional image at all times to customers, vendors and coworkers
• Communicate accurate customer order information to all departments as needed.
• Verify count from bills of lading on incoming materials. Inspect materials and perform item counts as appropriate.
• Ensure proper documentation is turned in on a daily basis
• Assist in Shipping Department when required.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• Must have an excellent attendance record.
Requirements:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position, preferred
• Skills: Microsoft office experience –Primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills through phone and email. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Other: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Able to sit up to 8 hours a day.
