Full job description
ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in Olds, AB, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Technician to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and customer service functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Location: Olds, AB | Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain relationships with various freight carriers as well as internal and external customers
Respond professionally by phone and email to inquiries, issues and concerns for both internal and external customers.
Manage the preparation and timely shipment of customer orders by picking packing & shipping customer sales orders and warranty RMA’s in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments where and when required to help improve and maintain best in class packaging and shipping procedures including safe work practices
Prepare waybills, BOLs, commercial invoices, and any other required shipping documents for outgoing international shipments when required
Assist in maintaining inventory controls including cycle counts, documenting and reporting discrepancies, and general inventory/warehousing layouts when and where required.
Assist in warehouse duties including parts receiving, stocking shelves with inventory, bin locating, and general organization where required
Assist in warehouse organization and good housekeeping practices to improve and maintain a safe and efficient workflow
Work to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner with help of the team members if necessary
Conduct a parts search to determine availability of parts
Follow up on back ordered items with supply chain
Follow up with supervisor to communicate status of customer orders or concerns
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
Actively participate and maintain positive team environment
Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office products such as outlook, excel and word
Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
Ability to deal effectively & courteously with others
Basic math skills
Ability to pay careful attention to detail
Strong written, verbal and organization skills.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, quality-production environment.
Must possess good communication skills and a teamwork attitude.
Able to multi-task projects.
Organization and time management skills
