Great opportunity to join a well-known established business based in Hurstville looking to hire an Accounts Assistant on a fixed-term basis for 6 months.
Your new role
Will Include But Will Not Be Limited To
Preparing and paying weekly supplier invoices
Entering weekly transactions into MYOB
Entering credit card data and payments
Reconciling monthly budget transactions
Creating and issuing invoices
Following up on outstanding student debts
Setting up new employees in payroll systems
General administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
This role is an ongoing part-time position. Experience in full-function AP and AR is essential as well MYOB experience. Also must have intermediate word and excel as well as a good eye for detail.
