Property Association is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant in Wheeling, IL. This position will be 20-25 hours weekly. Primarily, candidate will provide customer service to unit owners, support managers and office leadership, handle day-to-day administrative activities, answer phones, type correspondence, maintain filing system, etc. Other duties will include giving vendors access and monitoring their progress and work on the landscape and natural area maintenance.
