Job Description
The Role:
This is a great opportunity to join our energetic Contact Centre Sales team, using your enthusiasm and drive to deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of customers, with a strong focus on closing sales. You will be responsible for providing great customer care and converting sales leads to confirmed bookings through both inbound and outbound sales calls. This is a part-time role that will require you to work a minimum of 11 hours per week across Saturday, Sunday and some Mondays.
To be successful you will need:
To be a hunter, with proven experience and a passion for sales
A minimum of 2 years' experience working within customer service roles
To be someone who enjoys working towards and exceeding sales targets
To be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced call centre environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate or above computer literacy
