Responsibilities
This role offers guaranteed hours, flexibility, and the opportunity to work closely with a family that values communication and structure
You take direction well, know how to prioritize your tasks, and are comfortable and confident asking for guidance when needed
3-4 days per week - client is flexible on days/hours (mornings or afternoons)
Perform regular household tasks such as vacuuming, tidying the kitchen, and general housekeeping maintenance (e.g., dryer filter cleaning)
Water plants, manage trash duties (Tuesdays), and break down boxes
Run errands, including grocery shopping and Amazon returns
Handle laundry and ironing as needed
Assist with light meal prep (e.g., 3 quick, healthy meals per week)
Maintain pantry inventory and handle basic household organization
Help with event setup and breakdown when the family hosts gatherings when requested
Engage in occasional seasonal projects, such as covering outdoor furniture or dry-cleaning show pillows when the family travels

A busy family of four in Redwood City, California is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Housekeeper | Family Assistant to help manage their home and assist with various household tasks. This role offers guaranteed hours, flexibility, and the opportunity to work closely with a family that values communication and structure.

The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of tasks, from housekeeping and errands to organizational projects and light meal prep. You take direction well, know how to prioritize your tasks, and are comfortable and confident asking for guidance when needed.
• 3-4 days per week - client is flexible on days/hours (mornings or afternoons)
• Start date - ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Perform regular household tasks such as vacuuming, tidying the kitchen, and general housekeeping maintenance (e.g., dryer filter cleaning).
