Bank runs, cutting checks, and managing deposits
Facilitating event coordination such as logistics and partner communication
Assisting with calendar management and appointments as necessary

Part-time Office Assistant
Job Description:
Our client, a new executive search firm in the RDU area, is looking to bring on a new administrator! This individual will serve as the face of the company in addition to the owners and will be the glue that holds the company together. Wearing many hats, the office administrator will have responsibilities in bookkeeping, scheduling, and client communication. This position is part-time with a flexible schedule, and has potential to become full-time. It is 100% remote but will be based out of the Durham area.
Responsibilities:
Responding to client communications including prospective client inquiries, existing client service questions, candidate inquiries, and other general business matters. Communications include phone and email as necessary
