Part|Time Sales Assistant
M.M Linen is a boutique homewares brand specialising in bed linen, extensive cushion ranges and home decor. We pride ourselves on offering luxurious products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced Part Time Retail Assistant to work alongside our Ponsonby team within our beautiful new boutique bed linen store on Richmond Road Ponsonby, Auckland.
We are looking for a motivated part time retail superstar to aid in overseeing our new boutique Ponsonby Store and our wonderful customers on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding customer experience, assisting the manager with day-to-day store operations, and driving sales growth. This role will require excellent communication abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving and great teamwork skills. Our Part Time Retail Assistant role is for 8 hours per week including one weekend day.
Our Part Time Retail Assistants will be individuals who
Are available to work 8 hours per week including one weekend day.
Will be performance driven with great teamwork skills.
Have had previous experience as an retail assistant or be a passionate about retail.
Will be creative and passionate about visual merchandising in store.
Will have a can-do attitude, happy to roll their sleeves up unpacking regular stock deliveries and maintaining the store’s visual appearance.
Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills.
Will be focused on a long-term career in retail, with an interest & flair in interior design and colour, to be able to consult with our customers.
Is a team-player who would enjoy working as part of a wider creative and focused brand team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting to our Store Manager
Give exceptional customer service experiences, with high standards.
Consulting with customers on colour and design with the M.M Linen seasonal collections to add value to their shopping experiences.
