Company Description We are seeking acopywriter to help improve the effectiveness of our clients marketing materials and deliverables. This role, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and possess strong written communication skills. You will work with clients marketing team to help generate sales leads and improve the quality of website, brochure, flyer, and article content. You will be responsible for writing both compelling blog posts and marketing copy for making various marketing collaterals and will report directly to our Director. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Pune with flexibility for some remote work for a Copywriter at Passion Minds Private Limited. The Copywriter will be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive written content across various mediums including web, social media, email, print, and in-app communications. They will work with cross-functional teams to develop compelling brand messaging and marketing materials, and will collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages to the target audience. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field • 0-2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail • Experience in creating content for a variety of mediums including web, social media, email, print, and in-app communications • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research best practices • Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones to effectively communicate with different target audiences and align with brand voice and guidelines • Strong research and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop content • Experience with project management and meeting tight deadlines • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and content management systems (CMS) • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
