Looking for a young dynamic and enterprising guy with 8-10 years of experience being a Pastry Chef / Consultant for setting up a dessert café

Brief Job responsibilities include:

- Create unique International Dessert Recipes and Sauces

- Create impactful presentation of Desserts, coffees and drinks

- Understands international trends and tastes

- Resourceful in hiring and training staff

- Set Up SOPs for smooth running of outlets

- Handle Back end operations for ensuring efficiency of operations and control cost

- Set up the base kitchen and outlet store

- Work on costing of the dishes

- Menu Designing

- Setting up of Logistics for movements of dairy items from Base kitchen to outlets so freshness of items is retained.

- Set up control measures to ensure pilferage is restricted
