Job Description
Under training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team and Head Chef from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and interested (freshers only for now, non or less than 1 year of experience) Pastry Chefs and Pastry Assistants to join us on this journey. We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start up with you.

Here is what you should bring to the table, or shall I rather say oven:
• Punctuality & honesty
• Excited to work with a unique start up
• Eager to learn and expand knowledge
• Receptive to be trained from the Senior Head Chef Anton from Germany & explore new German dishes (annually 2-4 times)
• (Decent) training and/or experience with dough and baking
• Hard working
• Maintenances of hygienic protocols of the baking studio & kitchen
• Able to take up responsibilities and swiftly handle them
• Not afraid to voice out challenges or ask for support
• Interested in helping out in tasks in the Kitchen and Baking space with an open mind of us being a small start-up!
• Being in for the long run with the intention to grow through us and with us, long term
• Swift in learning new recipes
• Someone seeking to be part of an international team and new learnings in your craft
