Job Title: Pastry Chef
Experience Required: 5 – 10 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in baking and dessert production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of premium pastry items including donuts, cupcakes, sweet tarts, cookies, brownies, Swiss rolls, and other baked goods, while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries and desserts including:
Donuts (glazed, filled, frosted, etc.)
Cupcakes with creative frosting and fillings
Sweet tarts (fruit, custard, chocolate, etc.)
Assorted cookies and brownies
Swiss rolls and sponge-based desserts
Innovate and develop new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
Monitor stock of ingredients and coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment
Train and supervise junior pastry staff or assistants if required
Maintain baking schedules to ensure timely preparation for display and orders
Requirements:
5–10 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
Expertise in baking and decorating a wide range of desserts
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Creativity and attention to detail in product presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a high-demand environment
Basic inventory and kitchen management skills
Certification in Baking/Pastry Arts is a plus
