4. understand customer preferences and make suggestions as per findings.
5.Prepare widevariety of goods as decided in the menu.
6. Decorate pastries and cakes using different toppings which will be appeling to the eye.
7.Monitor supply and ingredients for daily operations.
8.Check quality of material and condition of equipments.
+.Train, guide and motivate pastry assistant.
10. Identify staffing needs and help recruit and tain personnal.
11.Maintain a clean cooking station.
12.Adhere to health and safety standards.
13.Keep up with the latest food and industry trends.
