Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide Software Demo
• Talk to potential customers and explain the product
• Provide regular software support online
• Handle calls from customers regarding support
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Good theoretical knowledge of Medical Laboratory Technology
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of Laboratory Software (Lab Information Management System)
• Fundamental Knowledge of Computer
• Must have a laptop
