Experience: 1+ year in customer-facing roles preferred ( Degree Mandatory )
Key Responsibilities:
Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and inquiries
Coordinate with pet parents and ensure smooth front-desk operations
Provide excellent customer service and support
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk
Skills Required:
Multilingual is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and billing system knowledge
Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
