Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails / chats, answer inquiries and solve queries.
To receive and deliver messages accurately and completely.
To guide and counsel patients according to their queries.
Understand patient queries / request and act accordingly.
Inbound or Outbound Calls.
No rotational shift. Only General/Morning Shift.
Job Location: Andheri East
Working Time: + am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat).
Experience: Fresher to Max. 2 Year.
Functional Area- Patient Counselling / Patient Co-Ordination / Patient Communication / Patient Care / Patient Relation / Patient Associate.
Industry- Any / Medical / Healthcare / Hospitals / Pharma.
Education: H.S.C., Any Graduate (Pref. Science).
