MIS reporting of OPD numbers and revenue generation reports on Daily, weekly & monthly format-Online appointments, WEI app promotion, telephone management software ,reviews count, feedback taken count, etc
To ensure responsible behaviour towards patients at all times
To act as a patient relationship executive in case of patient grievances and to maintain a good rapport with all patients in general.
Greet patients and visitors in the hospital
Book in, amend and cancel patient appointment in line with hospital appointments procedures ensuring optimum efficiency of the appointment system.
Receive and accurately record requests for home visits, emergency calls, etc assessing urgency in accordance with the Hospital’s protocols.
To take training of HMIS and work on that
Respond and/or redirect all patient and visitor requests accordingly.
To be involved in app related work.
Advice patients of relevant charges for private services accept payment and issue receipts for same.
responsible for maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records (digital / paper)”
Ensure reception and waiting areas are kept neat and tidy
Re-stocking of reception stock as appropriate
Answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are redirected accordingly.
Undertake administration tasks as allocated by Operation’s Manager
Ensure up-to-date maintenance of both computerized and manual filing
Check emails on a daily basis. Also regularly check fax machine for incoming messages. Send faxes as required.
