Patient Care Director - RN - Perioperative Services - Days

Step into the role of Patient Care Director at NewYork-Presbyterian/David H. Koch Center, where we have set a new bar in personalized outpatient care - from diagnosis to treatment - by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to provide the highest quality care and enhance the patient experience. This 750,000-square foot, multi-specialty treatment center has been designed to accommodate the latest technologies and features many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patients’ expectations in new ways.

As a Patient Care Director, you’ll oversee the daily clinical operations of our Pre-op, Intra-op, Post-op, and Endoscopy teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care to an increasingly diverse patient population. Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience. This is a full time position working 4 days/week at NewYork-Presbyterian/David H. Koch Center. The hours are 7:00am-6:00pm for the three days/week and 7:00am-3:30pm for one day/week.

Required Criteria

Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing

Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain NYS licensure)

3 years clinical experience

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$150,000-$185,000/Annual
