Good ENGLISH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN COMMUNICATION IS A MUST
Good Patient Counselling & Convincing Skills (Must)
We have multiple CLINICS in Mumbai, so should be comfortable travelling to other locations.
Handling appointments of OPD patients (within and outside Mumbai).
Also assisting Doctors in OPD (Within Mumbai).
Provide front-line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products.
Helping patients choose the best treatments by explaining the same.
Maintaining Excel & Ability to Submit Reports on a daily basis.
Multi-tasking abilities
MUST HAVE HOSPITAL OR CLINICS WORKING EXPERIENCE.
PAST EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AT DERMATOLOGY & AESTHETICS CLINICS WILL BE A BONUS
