Bryan Health is seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a GIRMC Staff RN-Weekend Program. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Developing Care Plans: Create personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient, taking into account their medical history, social circumstances, and preferences.
Providing Emotional Support: Offer patients and their families emotional support and comfort during difficult times, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care, promoting efficient use of resources and optimizing outcomes.
Maintaining Accurate Records: Document all patient interactions, including assessment data, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring accurate and timely communication with healthcare teams.
