Sparkle Nursing Bureau is a homecare service provider in Pune, offering nursing, patient care, elderly care, babysitting, and care taking services. Our goal is to provide extra care to our clients to ensure that they are comfortable at home, especially during the ongoing pandemic. We cater to nurse/attendant care, elderly care, post-operative care, baby care, and chronic disease care. Our caregivers are trained in Coronavirus protocol and wear personal protective equipment (gloves and mask).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at Sparkle Nursing Bureau. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and patient care. The role is located in Pune.
Qualifications
Appointment scheduling and phone etiquette skills
Care coordination and medical terminology skills
Patient care skills
Certification in a related field (e.g. medical. assistant, nursing assistant, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus,
