Job Responsibilities :-
1. Proven experience in Operating && maintaining day to day patients follow up activities.
2. Periodic review of follow-ups and required actions.
3. As and when required hospital rounds, supervise and inspect wards
4. Controlling and monitoring
5. Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
6. Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.
7. Assisting patients in filling out patient history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms, when necessary.
8. Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
9. Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary.
10. Enthusiastic && passionate towards accuracy.
11. Obtaining patients addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
12. Making commission claims for services rendered.
