Position Overview:
We are looking for a well-spoken, professional Female Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and a strong background in patient handling, appointment management, billing coordination, and OPD operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Booking & Scheduling:
Handle OPD appointment bookings via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms
Coordinate schedules with doctors and departments
Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and rescheduling
Patient Handling & Assistance:
Greet patients and provide a welcoming environment
Guide patients through hospital procedures, departments, and consultation rooms
Ensure smooth OPD flow and manage patient queues effectively
Patient Queries & Support:
Respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly
Address concerns related to services, procedures, and consultations
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for quick issue resolution
Billing & Payment Coordination:
Generate estimates and billing summaries
Coordinate with the billing team for payment collection and documentation
Ensure accuracy and transparency in billing
OPD Administration:
Maintain and update patient records in the hospital software system
Prepare daily OPD reports and submit to the concerned departments
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the OPD area
Candidate Requirements:
Gender: Female (as per hospital requirement)
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Administration preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in hospital front desk or patient coordination roles
Skills Required:
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software)
Organized, patient-friendly, and capable of handling pressure.
