Job Description

We’re looking for more than just a receptionist—we’re looking for a key player in our patient experience. At Living Art Dentistry, we combine advanced cosmetic and holistic dentistry with a warm, welcoming environment that makes people actually enjoy coming to the dentist. As our Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first face our patients see and the steady hand that keeps our office running smoothly.

Create a warm, personal welcome for every patient—both in person and over the phone.
Manage scheduling with precision to ensure an easy, seamless flow for patients and providers.
Guide patients through their treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and excited about moving forward.
Handle insurance processing and payments with accuracy and clarity.
Keep patient records organized, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant.
Partner with our clinical team to ensure every detail of patient care is executed flawlessly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a dental or medical front office (bonus points for knowledge of dental coding/terminology).
A sharp mind for organization and problem-solving—you see the gaps and fill them before they’re even noticed.
Comfort discussing treatment plans, insurance, and financial options in a way that builds trust.
Strong communication skills and a knack for reading people’s needs.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
You’ll be an integral part of a small, highly skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We believe in professional growth, mutual respect, and creating an environment where patients and staff feel truly cared for.
