: Health Insurance Executive – Patient Billing & Support
Health Insurance Sales Background Female Only
Location: Delhi NCR (Top Hospitals)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Health Insurance Sales)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Health Insurance Executive to assist patients and their families with billing support, insurance processing, and guiding them through health insurance options. The role involves both office-based responsibilities and home visits, with 80% of the work being desk-based and 20% involving travel for patient meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients and families in understanding hospital bills and insurance claims.
• Pitch suitable health insurance plans to patients/families as per their needs.
• Liaise with hospital billing departments to ensure smooth insurance claim processing.
• Support patient families during hospitalization and home care scenarios.
• Follow up on claim approvals, documentation, and disbursement.
• Maintain detailed records of all patient interactions and insurance cases.
• Achieve monthly targets for insurance sales and service delivery.
• Represent the hospital/organization with professionalism and empathy.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of health insurance products and claims process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emotional or stressful situations with patience and compassion.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
Qualifications:
• Any Graduation (preferred in commerce, life sciences, or healthcare-related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in health insurance sales, preferably in a hospital or insurance company setup.
Working Conditions:
• 80% Desk Job (within hospital/office premises)
• 20% Field Visits (patient home meetings within Delhi NCR)
• Flexible to work across various hospital locations in Delhi NCR
