About the Role

We are excited to offer two dynamic Patient Service Representative positions within our administrative team, supporting patients, whānau, and communities across the Counties Manukau District.

Based at 15 Lambie Drive, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and administrators. Community Central serves as the central hub for referrals, allocation, and coordination of Community Health Services. Our goal is to ensure a seamless, transparent journey for patients, from referral through to service delivery, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and patient experience.

Position Details:

Two positions available

Seven-day service, with shifts rostered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

Full-time: 40 hours per week

Casual: On-call basis with availability at short notice

About You

We are looking for adaptable professionals who thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and can manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service.

Ideal candidates will have:

Minimum 1 years’ customer service experience

At least 1 years’ clerical experience in a healthcare or similar setting

Proven ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-expectation environment

Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills

The salary will be based on the PSA National Health Administrative Workers Collective Agreement
