Brief Job description:
Has to focus on getting all the parallel ERP’s integrated into financial statements, ensure books are closed on time with appropriate controls, and populate information as and when required.
Should involve in each and every part of companies’ expenses and coordinate with Cost controlling team to evaluate all expenses and ensure a record of all expenses on time in the books of accounts. Also, he should ensure to release all vendor payments timely and accurately.
To ensure that all bank accounts and creditor ledger statements are regularly reviewed and reconciled.
Should handle the financial Internal audit with auditors on a monthly basis and Statutory audit on half yearly basis.
Has to submit the monthly Expense MIS to management by the 2nd of every month.
Have analytical skills and should project the breakeven and overlook the business expenses and his outcome on a monthly basis.
Desired Skills
Expertise: - Book Closure, Accounting Discipline, System implementation, good knowledge of Ind-AS, Indian taxation, Worked in a Start-up environment, and have the knowledge to prepare RCM, IFC, and MIS.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skill
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with the larger team
Planning and Organising skills
Ability to work flexibly (with tact and diplomacy)
Knowledge about Statutory Audit, Taxes (GST and TDS), RBI Compliances, and Financial diligence.
Excellent knowledge to run power excel.
Team handling at least 10-12 staff.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
4-6 years (After CA completion),
Minimum 2 years of financial institution experience (NBFC/Banks).
