Position / Job Title: Payments Executive
Department: Accounts department
Reporting To (Title): Accounting team and MD
Superior’s Superior (Title): Accounts Head
Job Responsibilities:
Payments Executive
TALLY Prime will be used for this role
Outstanding Payments Follow-up
Assisting customers for all payment related queries
Assisting Accounts Head - with accounting related work
Maintaining records and excel of all customer payments due and collection information
Follow up, call or email customers for accounts information and payment related matters
Required Qualifications
1
College Graduate (preferred)
Min XII passed
Required Skills
Very well organised
Polite communication
Disciplined work ethic
Enthusiastic work attitude
Efficient & hardworking
Knowledge of Tally is REQUIRED
2 yrs experience in billing & invoicing of manufacturing company
Knowledge of billing & invoicing process is REQUIRED
Good English email & communication skills – speaking & writinhg
Very proficient skills at creating and updating Excel Client management and customer service
