This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic success, functional independence, and overall participation in the school environment.
? Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to students in compliance with IEP goals
• Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory-processing, self-care, and school-based functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning as required

• Current California Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• NBCOT certification
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome)

Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven initiatives to increase enrollment. Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field instead of a degree.
• Active CA Insurance Health/Life License preferred
• Five or more years of health care, managed care, or related marketing experience.
• Health Care background preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation
$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually
