Job Description
You’ll make an impact by:
Performing and overseeing daily payment processing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance with regulatory requirements, and consistent adherence to established controls and processes.
Leading the investigation of payment exceptions, system issues, and irregularities, ensuring thorough analysis, timely resolution, and identification of root-cause trends.
Reviewing and resolving complex or escalated card and transaction dispute cases, providing clear rationale and ensuring customer-focused outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will have:
2+ years’ experience in payment operations, financial services operations, dispute management, or a related operational discipline
Proven capability in handling complex or escalated payment or dispute matters
Experience training, mentoring, or supporting junior team members (formal or informal
Sound understanding of payments, card operations, reconciliation processes, and operational controls
Professional, composed, and customer-centred approach
