What We'll Bring
We are looking to bring a Payment Processing Analyst in our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) Center in TransUnion’s Global Capability Center based out of Pune, India to process Accounts Payable payments in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with policy and schedules
What You'll Bring
• Finance/accounting degree and 1+ years of industry experience
• Oracle (PeopleSoft) knowledge and experience
• Understanding of Coupa and Concur a plus
• End to End AP knowledge
• Understanding of interaction with Treasury
• Awareness of the AP controls and internal checks.
• Well organized and detail oriented with focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently, research and resolve issues
• Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
• Skills in Microsoft Excel
Impact You'll Make
Key Activities
• Processes payment transactions in accordance with policies and guidelines within the turnaround time and compliance with weekly payment schedules
• Runs payment proposals
• Performs manual and EFT payment runs as per the schedules after seeking authenticated approvals from Leadership
• Initiate wires
• Responsible for Stop and Void payment transactions
• Ensure right vendor is paid for right amount and no duplicate payments are made
• Supports resolution of payment issues
Key Success Metrics
• Payments completed & accurate according to schedule
• Payments processed according to policy guidelines
