Job Description
End-to-end accountability for production and delivery of Regulatory reports, including:
Report preparation, validation and submission
Oversight & management of regulatory enquiries
Monitoring Run the Bank service deliveries (e.g. metrics dashboards)
Governance reporting of Run the Bank production metrics
Ownership of end-to-end incident management process
Execution of data, process, report quality review to ensure quality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness
Continuous improvement – identify common problems and fix them sustainably
Measures of success:
Sustainable RegOps service, able to meet the needs of future demand in an efficient and effective manner
Proactive RegOps service that is positioned to help drive regulatory agenda in the market place
