Description

Corporate & Investment Banking- Payments Manager. You should be someone with at least 3 - 4 years of people management experience. You should be excellent in verbal and written communication in English and willing to do rotating shifts including India night shifts. Prior experience in Banking and Call Center is needed.

Job Responsibilities include

Managing a team of 12 - 18 employees & engage in their development.
Performance managing the team and having coaching conversations .
Helping business exceed the goal on customer satisfaction surveys.
Helping business meet targets on phones service level & email response time.
Lead projects & initiatives on efficiency and client experience.
Partner with managers in other locations to meet business goals.
Essential skills & qualifications

Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in people management.
Be self-motivated and self-managing, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision making.
Effective analytical approach and complex problem solving skills.
Able to perform a broad range of tasks and project assignments concurrently through effective prioritization of work.
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong spoken and written communication skills. Excellent communication in English.
Able to translate complex technical information into simple terms.
Willing to do rotating shifts including India night shifts.
Prior experience in Banking and Call Center is needed.
