4. Raising queries and issues from different stakeholders to the tech team through ticketing tool
5. Proper follow-up with tech team regarding all market place panel related issues
6. Collecting feedback from different stakeholders on issues and improvements of new feature releases in WMS
7. Maintaining daily and weekly trackers of reported issues and sharing with respective stakeholders
8. Provide resolution to support related queries in efficient and effective manner
+. Managing and helping the team to complete day to day task
10. Provide resolutions to team for different/new issues related to WMS
11. Maintain consistency and accuracy around data sets and be able to process data in a timely manner
12. Coordinating with tech team and testing of new process flow, if required
