Payroll / Administrator (English/Remote) based in New Delhi, India

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll / Administrator in the staffing and recruiting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll department and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and administration duties.

Responsibilities

· Support the payroll department with administrative tasks and payroll processing.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

· Process new hire paperwork and assist in onboarding procedures.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

· Generate reports and prepare payroll summaries for management.

· Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

· 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll administration.

· Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.

· Good level of English-Written and Spoken.

· Strong knowledge of payroll regulations.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and high level to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
