My client is a leading supplier of skilled, professional labour throughout the UK, They havebeen serving the civil engineering, rail, transportation and construction industries for the last 30 years and due to considerable growth are looking to add to their team in Park Royal. They are looking for a Payroll Administrator. Based in Park Royal.

The Successful Payroll Administrator Will Have The Following Duties
Prepare and process the weekly payroll, to ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time in accordance with UK legislation and their terms and conditions, ensuring the correct inputting of all the data, running and checking the payroll and the reports. Ensuring the payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Taking the lead with running weekly payrolls
Processing late payments & running sessions 2 & 3
Plan and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Raising client invoices and liaising with clients on timesheets and any invoice queries.
Setting up, checking, and processing SSP, SMP and SPP.
Closing placements Processing P45s and P60s.
Booking and processing holiday pay Pay rate increases for any placed operatives
Printing and sending out payslips on a weekly basis via post & email.
Providing statements of earnings for employees.
Answering all pay queries from telephone or written requests as required from employees, government agencies and other sources.
Ad hoc duties as necessary/requested.
Keeping up to date on current changes and legislation
Any other administration duties required to support the payroll Team.
Assist & help Team members Any other reasonable Management requests
Based NW London Close to Park Royal
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
