Full Job Description
Complete ownership of the payroll and Compliance activities Resolution of Employee queries in a time bound manner Responsible for managing Pan India Compliance activities Monthly payroll processing Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data in accordance with state regulation Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages) Employee KYC updation on EPFO portal, DSC update Ensure Statutory Compliance Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly, Returns & Maintained all The Forms & Registers. Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per due dates Responsible for various MIS reports like (Compliance MIS, Head count, salary etc.) Compliance Checklist (Monthly / Quarterly) - Timely submission 100%Legal Notices receiving & handling the matter related labour offices & court cases Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Branches, HR Operation team Liaison - keeping links with government for registration and filing returns for various licences and certificates Licensing with labour department & concerned authority or as & when required & directed by HOD Vendor bills checking & submission for payment & Timely salary
