About the Role

Tenure: Permanent full-time

Science and Innovation, Industry and Corporate Capability builds the State’s capacity through targeted support, fostering innovation and industry capability and ensures effective and efficient administration of DEED’s financial assistance and equity programs and business support functions.

DEED has an open vacancy in our growing payroll team for a Payroll and Reporting Coordinator. As a senior member of the team the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating an operational payroll team that delivers a customer focused payroll service to ensure effective, consistent, accurate and timely payroll processing to the Department.

Using your payroll experience and customer service skills you will research and respond to queries on complex Payroll matters, prepare a range of reports and provide general support to employees on the usage of the Department’s HR systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team and contribute to a positive and seamless payroll experience for the Department.
