We are looking for a detail-oriented, community-minded Payroll Clerk to join our client’s regional administrative team. Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and input timesheet data into the payroll system (Ceridian/Dayforce).
Process new hires, terminations, and status changes. Maintain accurate records for tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits deductions.
Ensure all payroll activities adhere to federal and state labor laws, as well as internal policies.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, direct deposit setups, and tax forms (W-2s).
Assist the Finance Department in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports and audits.
