Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
Manage end-to-end payroll processing including payroll inputs, CTC updates, new joiners, deductions, and arrears calculations.
Process tax computations including Form 12B updates, tax declarations, and investment proof validation.
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS (Form 24Q).
Prepare salary bank upload files and coordinate salary processing with finance.
MIS & Manpower Cost Reporting
Prepare monthly resource allocation and manpower cost reports for projects.
Conduct variance analysis and share reports with management.
Prepare salary cost break-up files, journal vouchers, and provisions for employee benefits such as gratuity, leave encashment, insurance, and LTA.
Provide employee cost inputs for business proposals, budgeting, and cost reviews.
Reimbursements & Employee Support
Process employee reimbursements including mobile, conveyance, and vehicle reimbursements.
Maintain vehicle reimbursement records and calculate related tax/perquisite values.
Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, taxation, and payslips.

Payroll compliance and labour law knowledge
Payroll systems / HRMS experience
Manpower cost calculation and MIS reporting
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
