Be flexible and responsive as business needs evolve, no two days are the same!

Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll data and remediation.
Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with tools like SQL, Power BI or Alteryx is highly regarded.
A working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
A curious, solutions-focused mindset, you’re not just fixing problems, you’re finding better ways forward
The ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
High attention to detail, nothing slips through the cracks with you.
A collaborative approach, you work well with diverse teams and build trust easily.
Previous exposure to HRIS or Payroll systems like Preceda or UKG is advantageous.
Confidence in navigating ambiguity and change, you’re adaptable, calm under pressure, and eager to make a difference.
Why Join our payroll team?
You’ll be joining a supportive, passionate team where your voice is heard and your expertise is valued. Our culture is all about positive intent, doing things the right way, and working together to drive improvement, not just compliance.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and make a direct impact on people, processes, and future systems.
