Job description:
Payroll Processing salaries on time and ensuring salaries disbursement done on time.
Maintaining the MIS of Employees Leave and Attendance.
Disbursement of Salary, Salary Invoice and its Attachments to Client.
CTC creation including (PF, PT, ESIC and LWF contribution).
Attendance Maintaining proper attendance data as per the statutory norms and company Policy.
Maintaining and updating leave record of employee for smooth HR Operations.
Resolving queries of the Unit HRs related to HRMS Software.
Handling all types of notices and records related to HR department.
Following up via mail or call for monthly Attendance.
On-boarding / Induction:
Joining formalities of the new joiners.
Maintaining and update the personal records of all employees.
Screening the educational and professional certificates.
Opening salary account of new joiners.
Induction Planning, Explaining code of conduct, rules and regulations.
