Responsibilities:
Responsible for End-to-end Payroll processing.
Responsible for Validating, Updating and Preparing monthly online LWF, ESC, Professional Tax, ESI & EPF returns.
GREYT / KEKA/ Excel/ TDS Software
Generation of ESIC temporary cards for new joiners & submitting
Responsible for maintaining HR records & personal files.
Handling/ Resolving employees queries regarding salary part, deductions, attendance, and time records
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
Handling overall employee attendance sheets
Preparation of full and final settlement and Experience Letters, Relieving Letters
Responsible for preparing statutory compliance documents
Responsible for preparing MIS reports
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
