We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage our India payroll function in-house.
Below are the key requirements for the role:
Experience: 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in India payroll, preferably in an in-house setup
Application Expertise: Proficiency in ADP Vista or similar payroll application
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing for India.
Experience in managing payroll processed by third-party consultants
Month-end close activities (Payroll)
Statutory filings such as Form 16, Quarterly Returns, etc.
Audit support and compliance
Employee engagement and query resolution related to payroll
