Job description
Ø Payroll management- End to End Payroll Processing from compiling the details to issuance of Form-16
Ø Experience of doing payroll of 250 plus employees for different locations.
Ø Taking care of labour law compliances ( PT, ESI, PF, LWF, Leave policies, etc.)
Ø Different registers to be maintained and returns to be filed under various acts & laws
Ø Visit clients and PF, ESI, PT offices – whenever required
Ø Understanding and implement (as and when applicable) new labour codes
Ø Handling grievance of the employees
Ø Overall HR activities of the client companies
Ø MIS report generation
Ø Taking care of the entire employee life cycle Defining, improvising and maintaining processes and systems related
Ø Implementation of various HR Policies
Ø Doing induction of the new employees
Ø Taking care of separation and exit formalities
Ø Perform the duties as per the guidelines given, as and when assigned by the management
