Job Profile:
● Student fees analysis
● Faculty monthly payout analysis
● This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
● The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
● Overall responsibility for payroll processing
● Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
● Preparing teachers Payout report on monthly Basis. Collect, calculate and enter data, thereby maintaining payroll information.
● Coordinate with the HR Department for staff details, attendance and other data for calculating the staff salary.
● Ensure company and staff information is kept confidential so as to protect payroll operations and win the confidence of employees.
● Coordinate with Operations Manager for Teachers attendance and calculating the teacher’s salary (7th Payroll & 15th Payroll) every month.
Other Attributes:
● Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
● Excellent communication skills in English & Marathi
● Pro in Microsoft excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, document & ppt
● Accounts background will be helpful
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10AM to 7PM
On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
