PBI Lead - R0155XXXXXX BI Architect Primary Skills MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power App, Azure Analysis Services, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks Specialization Power BI Architecture: BI Architect Azure Fabric, PowerBI, SAP BW, SAP ECC Job requirements Role: BI Lead Key Responsibilities: BI Architecture Design: Lead the design, development, and optimization of Business Intelligence architectures using Microsoft Power BI and Azure Data Fabric to enable efficient data visualization, reporting, and analysis across the organization. Working knowledge of SAP BW & ECC for at least 2 years. Data Modelling: Design and implement data models, leveraging Azure Data Fabric for seamless data integration, transformation, and orchestration, ensuring high-quality, consistent data flows across platforms. Power BI Solution Delivery: Architect and implement Power BI solutions for interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. End-to-End BI Pipeline Development: Develop and manage end-to-end BI pipelines, integrating various data sources into Azure Data Lake, and ensuring seamless data flow from source to Power BI for analysis. Performance Optimization: Optimize data queries, dashboard performance, and report rendering in Power BI to ensure quick load times, responsiveness, and an overall user-friendly experience. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users, data engineers, and IT teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and design BI solutions that meet business needs and align with corporate objectives. Data Governance & Security: Implement data governance best practices in line with industry standards, ensuring the security, privacy, and compliance of data in both the Azure environment and within Power BI reports and dashboards. Advanced Analytics Integration: Leverage Azure Data Fabric, Azure Synapse, and other advanced Azure technologies to enrich Power BI solutions with predictive analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven insights. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Develop comprehensive documentation of BI architecture, data models, ETL processes, and Power BI solutions. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to business users and technical teams. Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers, analysts, and other team members. Conduct training sessions on Power BI best practices, design principles, and advanced functionalities. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI, Azure, and business intelligence to continuously improve BI practices, tools, and solutions.
