We have a great opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented PDR(paintless dent repair) Technician to join our team at Crown Autobody and Glass located at Waverly Automall. As a PDR Technician, you will be responsible for repairing dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicles using paintless dent repair techniques. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure top-quality results while maintaining customer satisfaction and vehicle integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles (door dings, minor creases, hail damage, etc.)

Inspect vehicles and accurately assess damage

Use specialized tools to remove dents without compromising the paint finish

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Ensure timely completion of repairs to meet customer expectations and deadlines

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in paintless dent repair or equivalent training

I-CAR or other industry certifications is an asset

Strong knowledge of dent repair tools and techniques

Experience with hail repair volume work

Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmissions

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Physical ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
